<aside> <img src="/icons/invitation_gray.svg" alt="/icons/invitation_gray.svg" width="40px" /> EMAIL TEMPLATE

[FIRST LINE: HOOK OR OPENING]

Draw them in. Ask a question, call out a pain point, or state something they’ll relate to.

➡️ “Ever feel like your to-do list keeps growing but your progress doesn’t?”

➡️ “Quick question: What’s actually stopping you from launching?”

[BODY: STORY, PROOF, OR STRATEGY]

This is the heart of the email. You’re here to educate, connect, and lead them to the CTA.

[CTA: MAKE IT EASY + CLEAR]

Tell them exactly what to do next—and why now matters.

➡️ “If you’re ready to turn this idea into revenue, [click here] to get started.”

➡️ “Watch the 7-minute video here—it’s going to change how you think about this.”

➡️ “Only 3 spots left, and they’re going fast. Grab yours now.”

[CLOSE: PERSONAL OR ENCOURAGING SIGN-OFF]

Keep it human. Add personality, warmth, or a quick takeaway.

➡️ “Rooting for you—always.”

➡️ “You’ve got this. And I’ve got you.”

➡️ “Here’s to simplifying everything.”

Before You Write the Next Email…

Take a breath and zoom out for a second.

Instead of just thinking about what you want to say, ask:

“What do they need to hear, feel, or understand in order to say yes?”

This isn’t just about adding another email to your sequence. This is about meeting your audience where they are, and writing something that makes them feel seen, understood, and supported.

Ask yourself:

Then craft an email that shows them you get it—and that you’re the solution they’ve been looking for. Not by saying “I can help you”… but by proving it in how you write, what you share, and the story or shift you guide them through.

Make it personal. Make it valuable. Make it feel like the answer they didn’t even know they needed.
